NOW IF THAT ISN’T THE BIGGEST PIECE OF A T-BONE STEAK A FATHER ON DAD’S DAY WOULD SURELY PLACE ON HIS BBQ. THAT BAD BOY WOULD TAKE A FAMILY OF EIGHT TO MAYBE EAT THE MOST OF IT.

AND WHAT PIECE OF STEAK WOULDN’T LOVE A FEW LARGE SHRIMP. MY GRILL IS  ABOUT  THE SAME SIZE AS THE STEAK IS SITTING ON AND SUMMER UPON US WE NEED TO TAKE THE COOKING AND HEAT OF THE KITCHEN OUTSIDE TO THE BBQ.

MAYBE A FEW ST. LOUIS’ BABY BACK RIBS . OR SOME PRIME TIME BURGER SIRLOIN GROUND BEEF CHEESEBURGERS, WHATEVER IT IS ITS THAT TIME HERE IN THE OZARKS TO KEEP THE FIRES BURNING AND FOOD COMIN. GOT ME A FEW ROASTING EARS OF CORN BUT THEM PEACHES JUST AIN’T READY HERE IN MISSOURI QUITE YET, SO I GOT ME SOME PEACH PRESERVES TO SMEAR ON MY TOAST WITH OR WITHOUT CREAM CHEESE. MM MMM.

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO YOU FATHER’S OUT THERE MAY YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY MAYBE EVEN A BBQ, STILL WORKING ON THE PEACE PLAN I HAVE IN MIND FER  OUR UNIVERSE, SOMETIMES IT JUST OVERWHELMS ME.

THE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD,  PEACE IS A PROVERBIAL NIGHTMARE. WE LOVE TO FIGHT, DON’T BACK DOWN STAND YOUR GROUND. WHAT KIND OF PEACE WOULD THAT RESULT IN ? NOT A VERY SECURE ONE FOR SURE,

WE ARE A SOCIETY OF THINKERS AND DO’ERS WHAT IS THE HARD PART TO UNDERSTAND WE MUST LIVE TOGETHER IN HARMONY FOR US ALL TO SURVIVE. LIKE THE CARS GONNA DRIVE THEMSELVES SOON CAUSE WE KEEP KILLING WITH OUR CARS. TEXT SOMEONE TO YOUR DEATH, NOT ME I USE THE PHONE. ONLY TEXT WHEN NECESSARY, SURELY NOT BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A CAR.

SO THE PROCESSES OF FORMING A PEACEFUL SOCIETY WORLD WIDE  COME TOGETHER AND THE SOONER THE BETTER. PUT DOWN OUR GUNS OF WAR NOW, AND PUT UP THE GUNS OF REPAIRING THIS WORLD TO A LIVEABLE LIFE FOR THE CLOSE TO 7 BILLION PIE HOLES. THAT’S A LOT OF T-BONES AND FRESH WATER, PEAS N CARROTS MAYBE SPINACH AND LOTS OF CHARMIN TOILET PAPER. IF IT SEEMS OVERWHELMING, IT IS. PEACE IS THE WORD, AND LOVE COMES TOGETHER THE RICH MAN MEETS THE POOR MAN IN THE STREET, TOGETHER WE MUST WORK IT OUT.

THE MUSTARD SEED IS SO PLANTED AND EVERY COUNTRY IN GOD’S WORLD IS LOOKING FOR A SAVING GRACE, FRESH AIR TO BREATHE. HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER DO IT PEACEFULLY. AMEN.

HOLD FAST IN THE STORM

The cold brittle air awakens this pioneer. Bacon frying, sizzling in the fiery red iron skillet. As the eggs wait their immersion in the buttery drippings left in the skillet.

To feed this hunger it will take a lifetime of troubles. To understand it dispelling beast of mankind. Disbelief, too many lose yet Hope abounds.ancient-trees-beth-moon-8 Springtime in the Ozarks of Missouri the Dogwood trees and redbuds are in full bloom. As I drive thru the hills and valleys thru the countryside near my cabin the euphoria of it all is beautiful. The trees budding getting ready to explode their leaves onto the hillsides and across the Lake.  All the wonders of life here in the Ozarks, the deer finding forage in the sweet grasses and leftover nuts of the mighty oak trees. We have plenty to go around that’s for sure. Fishing, just need me some worms as I’m set to hook me a big one this year. As this day goes it is half way done, I reckon I will post this. Happy Easter to you all and may God shine down into your lives this wonderful weekend.
