Cardinal Stew

FIND YOUR 35-40 GOOD CARDINALS

2 LBS CELERY

2 LBS CARROTS

3 POUNDS ONION

SALT

PEPPER

CHILI POWDER

RED PEPPER POWDER GARLIC POWDER

(ALL THE SPICES SEASON TO TASTE)

Method:

Get large stock pot, 10-15 gallon size

five gallon spring water

after cleaning cardinals real good, no red stuff

at all, set aside. add chopped veggies to water and bring to a rolling boil

slowly add cardinals and put lid on after boil. let simmer 1 -1 1/2 hrs

lift lid and allow ghosts of cardinal stars past  to

escape pot and using large dipper dip one bowl at a time for

you and your guest Cub Fans Mm MMM!!!

       (by the way, this is just a parody, no cardinals were put into the stew we had chicken and after it was done, added several cups of rice and some hot sauce when we ate.)
